Tom Schreiner’s view has been most helpful to me. He calls himself a nuanced cessationist. I suppose I’d call myself a nuanced continuationist, but I align with him closely. The spread of the gospel is priority, and who knows what wonderful, mysterious things God may do, to call people to belief!

By him all things were created, through him & for him. In him all things hold together. He is the head of the church, the fullness of him who fills all in all. In him all things, heaven & earth, will be united, in the fullness of time.

He speaks, and things are created, sustained, and made full.

I’ve wondered if Rev. 15:1 (“with them the wrath of God is finished”) puts wrath in a different category from God’s “absolute attributes.”

I haven’t yet. I made them for someone at church, to offer teachers for Wednesday nights. Next year I hope to work on a set for middle school. If that set “works” with the kids, I might share those somewhere. Still figuring out the right age group for teaching basic, personal Bible study skills.

What percent of graduate students say they are Christian (or other faiths)? Is the percent of “nones” with grad degrees declining?
