What these Republican legislators are doing in North Carolina is an affront to democracy. This is not what voters voted for and they should all be ashamed of this power grab. North Carolina’s state house is a laboratory of autocracy. I hope everyone is watching. 👀

Donald Trump thinks only Democrats receive government assistance, so he’s more than willing to cut Medicare and Medicaid and SNAP benefits to spite them.

Wait until he finds out 7 of the 10 states most dependent on federal assistance were Republican-voting.
