The polish is called "Choo Choo Choose You," but instead of something silly & befitting the Simpsons reference, it's this borderline-gross iridescent gunmetal color. Like they took "locomotive engine" & interpreted it literally. 😐

Whoa, the fizzing is literal? My best guesses up till now had been either like a pork rind or like this stuff, which is the halfway point between buttered popcorn and fluffy cheetos:
