Request a copy of your records through a FOIA request. In California, employees have the right to do this. Does anyone know what the law is in Washington, D.C.?

Why can't any of the three-letter organizations take action from a logistical perspective?
i will say that we have never experienced anything like an administration trying to essentially freeze the activities of the entire federal government while making a series of illegal power grabs. genuinely unclear to me what kind of response, if any, these guys are generating against them

Sam delighted in fresh air from an open window & the small patch of sunlight that would slowly slide across the floor. He demanded scritches while eating. We absolutely loved him every. single. day. Our lives were made better by Sam sharing his with us.

I remember it like it was yesterday: it was 2011 at Jimmy John's, with Nine Inch Nails playing overhead. I felt like a hollow shell, drifting away on a light breeze.
Overheard the classic rock radio station running a ticket contest where you can choose if you want to win tix to Billy Idol or Nine Inch Nails. Very kind of them to recognize and welcome new generations of Dads into the classic rock radio umbrella.

A while back I asked folks why they’re joining Bluesky and the most common response I saw was, “I just want a good place to get my news” and, yall, no. Bad.
