"Groovy" makes sense but that very specific flat style--colorful figures, always huge pants/legs and either running or in/on a vehicle of some kind--seems to be like a sub-sub-genre? Oddly, I can't even find proper examples, GIS keeps showing me Corporate Memphis but I'm seeing a kind of throughline
