After a productive day four of #AfricaGamesWeek we participated in a “Gatsby Off” judging the best Gatsby in Cape Town between two rivals. (Cozy Corner won in flavor and mouthfeel). Topped it off with a visit to Tapi Tapi ice cream. The clay flavor was to die for.

I’d offer up Roblox as a “content” company but really, Roblox is a UGC content platform and as a platform it’s more a distribution play than a content play.

As far as I know these are the two largest public companies from the game industry by market cap in the last 20 years. #unity and #applovin . Both are companies that focused on infrastructure and distribution. Can anyone name a #gamedev that went public since 2004 that exceeds $9bn market cap?
