If you do not have enough vitamin c you will get sick, from vitamin deficiency. If you then take vitamine c, you no longer be sick with vitamine c deficiency. It will nit magically protect you from colds and flus to take more than you essentially need.
People, Vitamin C is NOT a fucking replacement for vaccines. Stop fucking recommending it to people who are worried about getting sick at cons.
