Besides the obvious, is there any way SCOTUS could just issue a ruling against what Trump is doing? Without the matter coming up through the courts? Just wondering.

I'm wondering if Biden should give a speech squarely finding Trump guilty for J6 and the Documents case, release both volumes of Jack Smith's report, and then Pardoning Trump for these crimes.
