What is the logic in this? Serious question - what is the end goal? Population reduction? I don't get it.

It is a convenient way to convince the masses not to fight when he cuts social security. He will actually have them cheering at the amount of "fraud" he is cutting when in actuality it is the lifeline of their elderly parents being severed with a hacksaw.

I am assuming this would be done compliments of the tax payers? How does this fit into "efficiency" plans?
