Rite Aid had its faults but the transfer of prescriptions is a nightmare. Giant Eagle got mine, I called earlier this week to refill, they claimed they had to call my provider (still a refill left according to my bottle). No follow up from Giant Eagle. Calling and just sitting on hold. This sucks.

Made a simple, straightforward FOIA request for some records from OSHA and got a response that there are 439 requests ahead of mine and the expected date of completion is more than a year!

We hired a professional service provider. I’ve had all of the communication, most of the work has involved me and they’ve never even spoken to my husband. Yet all of the correspondence and finished product is directed to my husband, not me. Not us as a couple. Not cool.

Just received a hearing notice from opposing counsel that said “PLEASE GOVERN YOURSELF ACCORDINGLY”- why do people still use this in forms? It’s hilarious.

I love when opposing counsel gets so emotional about something minor on a phone call and yells at me. I give one warning that I will terminate the call if it continues. Almost inevitably it continues and they’re surprised when I hang up. And then get mad when I memorialize what happened in an email.
