Ammo has been removed from NIGHTMARE OPERATOR. It has been replaced with the Heat System.

Shooting generates Heat. Overheating means you cannot shoot for a period.
Switching Modules, performing melee attacks, and utilizing Discharge Cancels reduce Heat.

We've been quietly plugging away at #nightmareoperator, and we're intentionally holding some cards close to the chest.

In NIGHTMARE OPERATOR, switching weapons as quickly as possible is the key to efficiently dispatching enemies.

Misha's three-stage melee combo is a powerful tool for dispatching Youkai at close range. The second and third stages of the combo can be altered by inputting different movement directions during the combo (forward, side, etc.)

Remina are stationary enemies capable of attacking Misha with a variety of long-range attacks. Stunning them will dislodge their mask and reveal their internal mechanisms, which can be shot to deal heavy damage.
