I was very happy and proud to see Westerville turn out for the #HandsOff protest. I didn't get a good picture, but there were probably around one thousand people lining the street for a couple blocks. And this is the town that voted for John Kasich for years.

This is about 25 minutes from downtown Columbus in Westerville. Bad picture, but there are probably over a thousand people lining either side of the street for a couple blocks. Cars honking in support.

Immediately thought of Johnny Dangerously when I read this headline. The film played the lack of concern for the character's home country as a joke. Now the joke is our immigration policy.

How have I not heard this anywhere else? This is infuriating and evil. Removing funding for cancer research hurts every human being. I can't even imagine what group Trump, or the people whispering in his ear, are trying to target with this action.
