Any country that sanctioned Israel would immediately get attacked by the US economically.
The unions are all funding aid programs and encouraging boycotts while the government maintains just enough relationship to not have the US take notice and squash our economy.

Agreed. It would be nice to see multiple unionist parties in Australia one day but right now, we only have one and it's delivered us some of the best reforms for working people over the past century.

I get what you're saying here but I don't like the implication that the Labor party is somehow pro-corporation, the same party that's just put through massive multinational tax avoidance laws and has tripled the funding of the ATO and cracked down on high income tax avoidance.
