Is the Cowboy Barbie cosplay supposed to distract everyone from this horror or demonstrate that they find this cruelty fun?

The deferred resignation offer of admin leave through Sep 30 violates the federal law limiting agencies’ use of admin leave, but Congress doesn’t seem to care about this waste, fraud, and abuse. Still a chance Congress won’t agree to fund past Mar 14, but I suspect they will because it’s your money

Accepting the deferred resignation offer means you waive any and all claims you have or could have against the government up to the date you sign the agreement. This includes EEO complaints, grievances, etc.

Deferred resignation deal provides that while the agency head can rescind it, the employee can’t.
