With the new hard cap on indirects at 15% it would also be good to note the current indirect rates at Texas universities. Here's a few:
Texas Tech: 49%
Texas A&M: 52.5%
UT Austin: 58.5%
This is important because it's not just the large Ivy League schools getting shafted. It is all of higher ed
