It would be nice to link to an article about the treatment, or at least a more legitimate source website. These women received hematopoietic stem cell transplants, a treatment that is currently in phase II clinical trials, such as this study which is still recruiting participants: www.beat-ms.org

Skimmed his papers and the RNAi study did just claim to reduce antigenicity not eliminate it, but still very cool research, thanks for sharing. Sorry my reply was a bit hostile, there's a ton of misinformation around GF diets and it gets aggravating!

Sadly some juice manufacturers add barley malt based sweeteners to juice so they can label it as having "natural flavours" instead of just adding sugar.

This sounds like bullshit, gluten is a major structural protein in wheat. RNA silencing can only dial down protein levels, not change their structure to make them less immunogenic. Perhaps "some guy" could use gene editing could make a safe form of wheat, celiacs can dream...

We've seen an enormous amount of articles about upset businesses and CP customers already, how about a story on how postal worker salaries have fallen over the decades and the precarious position this puts them and their families in (all while executive pay has increased I'm sure)?

As far as we can tell, covid doesn't affect these myelin producing cells directly (though other viruses like Epstein-barr can!).

Yes, these myelin-producing cells called Oligodendrocytes are targeted by the body's own immune system in MS. By studying how they develop and produce myelin, we hope to find new therapies to coax them to regenerate to stop and even repair the damage.

Thanks! The red is immunolabelled Myelin Basic Protein, a major component of and common marker for myelin sheaths. This was from a failed attempt at a new method for isolating the myelin producing cells, where most of the cells I ended up with were other types (probably astrocytes)

Suuper cool - how did you colour the images? Is it just a fire LUT?
