Part of the problems of today is this. The rich want to hold on to their wealth for dear life since they think it will last forever. Unlike the rich of a few decades ago who wanted to donate their wealth before they croaked. Now they hope to never croak and need their cash forever.

Iran.. locked and loaded. I have no love for their gov but I am interested in how much the Chinese tech will help in their defense. Russian tech was questionable because they were interested in China buying oil from them than Iran. It would leave China no choice but to rely on Russia for oil.

First it was the oil companies and why they should invest in Venezuela. Next were defense companies and how to spend their $. Then it was institutions and homes. Now comes this. Last time it was tariffs, this time its government intervention in businesses/markets Trump style.

Look at last Friday on XLE. The direct beneficiaries to the invasion are US oil companies who had their property confiscated by Venezuelan government and Trump vowing to return it. Yes someone front ran the news. This administration is corrupt to core.

Don't know if this is true or not but the administration is testing the boundaries of what it can do. With Venezuela, and perhaps this.

50k btc coming soon? There's a lot of people sitting very underwater on this and I suspect the sell will start before EOY. This may cascade into other vehicles as they deleverage across the board.
