Once every two ti three months. But I am setting up a lower power machine for the jellyfin server. So maybe more often soon to save electricity.

Lovely. My sheet pans had some gummy gunk stuck on I couldn’t get off, so I left them in the oven and ran a clean cycle.
They are charred and black, but they gunk turned to power and brushed right off.
