The Habitat for Humanity ReStore carries cheap bungee cords, and cheap ratchet straps. I don’t recall how much they were, but well under $10.

Adds a super power to the Cargo Bike.

This may be getting out of hand.

On the way to the store I poked around a Little Free Library and they were giving away stickers.

I should do a sticker library.

When the cargo bike is in the shop for a tune up the folding bike gets an upgrade.

There isn’t any bike parking at this big box store.

Just hit one thousand miles on the Lectric XPedition 2.0.

Two flat tires.

Still surprised by the number of people who stop to ask about it. If I am out shopping I will almost always get a few questions from someone.

Rain gear ready for the PNW fall and winter.

I have loved this old man candy since I was a kid.

Wrestle it off. Swap in the backup tube. Reinstall. Realize I mixed up the washers. Fix that. Put running boards, cargo box, and bags back on. Now. I can head back out and go shopping.

Luckily I found this nail on the way to the grocery store and not after I was loaded down. I really need to put together a bike repair kit that can take the rear drive wheel off the cargo bike. It is always the rear wheel that goes flat. Never the easy front one. Had to get walk it home a mile.

@cabel.panic.com I couldn't recall if I'd purchased Karamari digitally so I searched my email. An Email from Panic selling Katamari T-Shirts in 2007 is one of the few emails I have that mentioned it. I tested the link "See and Buy" link and it just downloads a dmg file for Unison 1.7.9?!?!

Past 600 miles on the XPedition 2.0 this evening. Exactly at 10pm. Averaging about 200 miles a month so far.

Downtown McMinnville opens 3rd street downtown to pedestrians and outdoor dining on summer weekends. Bonus, don’t need to work about bike lockup since we’re right here.

Also the safe way of getting rid of 1500 gallons of propane in a damaged tank is to burn it. They have a long line connected to a torch that is just burning off the gas from the tank. The store or the fire department has a someone sitting there to monitor it, and a huge area of coned off.

You can see they surrounded the tank with bollards from the parking lot side, but there was nothing protecting the side that faces the highway. Just the curb, sidewalk, and a lamp post.

A bunch more derelict aircraft, including a Blue Angel.

Totally normal things seen on our evening bike ride. A deer and her fawn hiding in a vineyard. This military helicopter that looks like something out of Dragon Ball.

Had a lovely ride today. Went out into the country for a bit. Did some shopping. Lunch at a local pub. We got home after 16 miles, and my wife suggested we keep going after a pit stop. Road another 8 miles. Got rained on. Went off road a bit. Didn’t melt.

And crossed 500miles on the. XPedition2.0!

What video game ignited your passion for gaming?

My sister and I played so much Skiing for the Atari 2600 during over night trips to my grandparents house.
