Smith and this UCP government have made me hate living in my home province, where I have worked, raised a family and now retired. I loathe this government for continually making life here so unbearable that I now feel I have no choice but to leave. At some point, enough is just enough.

Why pay tax or have an any government. I remember when conservatives said privatizing utilities would save us money, same with selling off AGT and contracting out our roads instead of having Alberta Transportation look after them.
No money was saved, our roads are shit but a few people got rich.

Has she ever asked Albertans what they believe Gov't should do/provide? Since when does a Premier have licence to lord over all Provincial denizens according their own inclinations without consulting the public? SHE DOES NOT SPEAK FOR THE MAJORITY, which is exactly why recall actions get traction!

That’s exactly what I have been saying. MAGA Smith wants to get her Delorean and take us back to the future with Marty McFly. But at that time she might have only been a thought in someone’s mind. We can always blame her parents I guess for this creation and our education system for lack of history

The UCP expanded government and raised spending, gave out royalty relief to oil and gas, and pursued privatization of healthcare—creating expensive transition costs, more cost to taxpayers, and long-term contract risks. Now there's a $6.5 billion deficit and debt heading to $98 billion by 2028.
