I feel like my rehab of my gut biome helped me avoid any … upper body involvement? Poor toddler is WIPED though. I’ve got the reverse lasagna bed set up so that if it gets messed we can peel off the layers one by one… now it’s just a waiting game!!

Anything that makes people feel like they’re building their community works for this, I find that offering help first and showing up socially helps a ton in breaking down walls.

Community building often looks like reaching out to do neighborhood or regional business lists, “who wants to promote their small business or crafts?” - it can be digital or in person, and from there maybe offering up a “buy nothing” shed or spreadsheet. Baby steps!
