Many of my students are first gen, neuro divergent, have lots of anxiety. They have a really hard time talking to people they don't know. At least initially.

I was told by someone in marketing that all university websites have one ideal audience member--the prospective student. Have you noticed that it's getting hard to FIND the effing faculty list on some website? Absolutely buried. Because prospective students aren't t looking at faculty page.
