I deployed to Iraq in 2005, and by 2007, I had tried to take my own life. The VA is why I'm still alive today. I'm now getting messages from dozens of VA Whistleblowers talking about how Trump/Musk/DOGE and Secretary Doug Collins are harassing and intimidating the doctors and VA staff I depend on.

Anger over Smith’s dismissals of the Trump cases is understandable, but it’s the only move he had. By filing preemptively, he keeps the cases alive for 2029. My thoughts in MSNBC Daily.
