I have been trawling hoopla tonight as a result of this convo. I liked the Rivers of London audiobooks but not sure if you are applying your author democrat criteria to audiobooks.

Ya for me the stuff I have the attention span for on audio and what I would buy in paperback has no overlap. I am picky about prose and worldbuilding but can’t parse it in audio and end up needing to rewind a lot.

I have problem with teeth brushing. Non-SLS toothpastes are better for me, or if that doesn’t help brushing with water is better than nothing.

I think it’s for low vision and dim lighting. They make like computer keyboards for industrial factory devices in this color scheme.

Sure I have done it before and it was the right choice for me at the time! But the cat is ailing and the Economy etc. And where to go! I lack daydreams in this regard at the moment.
