Yeah it sucks. I also have issues with cycling due to a knee replacement.. I don’t have full range of motion so can’t do a full peddle. Also gym equipment doesn’t motivate me sadly. Being outdoors by the river is the only way I can enjoy exercise

The fur isn’t ruined, I am 😆 sunburnt, aches in my knee, ankles, back.. every muscle.
