Yes, and... I agree, but the seeds were sown too. Social media isn't good at subtlety, but science has also contributed to the issue- ignoring EJ community needs, dismissing women and minorities' pain, "diseases you have to fight to get," etc. Great new book on this global.oup.com/academic/pro...
