The federal judge that temporarily halted the birthright citizenship recision EO is a Reagan appointee. This is not a partisan decision. As I said the other day, it’s basic constitutional knowledge. In the judge’s words:

The past several days have proven without a shadow of a doubt that Project 2025 is real and underway.
