I’ve written several times and participated in a “phone” meeting town hall with my congressman. What a wonderful way to avoid your constituents. To no avail will there be any commitment to support his constituents. Virginia residents and others state who are being stonewalled, is to vote blue.

America was given a choice between a lawless, amoral monster and a qualified, intelligent, joyful woman of color—and it chose the monster. We need to reckon with the reality of what that says about so many of us here.

I have a theory about the tariffs. When tariffs are imposed, or threatened generally the stock market takes a hit due to panic selling. As a result, stocks fall creating an opportunity to buy stocks, (buy low, sell high). What if Trump did this on purpose? His big donors would benefit greatly.
