I totally get you and you are right. Consent is important. Some people forget. It's okay to want to be open and casual about stuff, but you need to be mindful.

As in, you're just expressing you didn't consent to seeing it, which is fine. You aren't kinkshaming or saying it's disgusting or stuff like that. Makes you a better person.

The subs, however, are just a literal transcription of the dub. Not to mention done with SubtitleEdit from srt to PGS. I know, I've done it and looks the exact same :P

I don't think them becoming third party is a problem, but the complete mishandling and firing and cancelling so many things is the real problem here. You can't have it work if you aren't putting out games.
