Gardening season here in southeastern Australia (Ngunnawal country). Working on my veggie patch using 12 month old home compost and seaweed mix. Grateful for all farmers doing the hard labour in our food systems - growing food is intense work.

First post here. Finishing a rewarding week in Solomon Islands, working on our 3 year project with communities into food systems transformation under climate/societal pressures. Deep local knowledge and adaptation to change give me hope, but many structural/macro challenges remain.
