Another take: Loftie started charging me $5/month in March for “subscription” I didn’t ask for. Emailed them and they said it would stop. Didn’t. I emailed again. Still charging. I have to dispute every charge w/ cred card. Trying again to “cancel.” If this is growth strategy, not a good one.

Yes openness of abuse is feature not bug. They want people to see and be afraid. Good news is it means they understand cowering is not second nature to Americans at this point in history. Bad news is it becomes ingrained more quickly than we prob think.
