Fabulous grad student Grace Hibshman has solved the structure of FnCas9 with its scaRNA to show how it switches roles to transcriptional repression by bypassing nuclease activation. Check out her talk at CRISPR2025 in NZ! www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...
