Another home in our neighborhood just went on the market. Two story, 2K sqft. $199,800 or $146 per sqft.

In SW Indiana, houses are starting to come down to pre-pandemic prices. Anything priced too high will sit for 90+ days. One to two years ago, houses would sell in 24-36 hours. Recently, one was on the market at comp, but they had to reduce it $30K before they got an offer.

Neighbor mowed his yard today, just a few days before Thanksgiving. Last year we all stopped mowing mid-October. This year is weird.
