This was the first lino cut in 45 years 🤣

I need to watch how much pressure to put on - there was a definite crease at the edges of the lino block. I’m going to try and do intaglio with it next - it wouldn’t work with a book press but this is hydraulic and the jack is designed to lift 4 tonnes.

Hate that. Quite often up with a cup of tea at three in the morning and the cat on my lap. Was up at 5.45 this morning which wasn’t so bad.

I get a bit stuck on things. Fifteen years ago it was building bread ovens, ten years ago drawing crows, five years ago building guitars. Hyperfocus I suppose.

Any point doing it though? I’m damn sure I’m autistic but at sixty I‘m not going to be a priority to test so I’d have to pay for it. If you’re self employed it won’t be an issue with employers.
