This one, we'd just assume was some peculiar New York case that had come to national attention as an oddity. Some guy threw a sandwich to a buddy in Brooklyn and botched it and hit a bystander.

According to the document, it’s 16,000 from today’s workforce, but 40,000 from the peak of a couple of years ago.

I’m not sure what math is behind the Citizen headline.
