Lots of well meaning noise in the media (hello BBC) about high levels of glycerol in slushies. Surprising then, that even in the publication that's triggered this, glycerol is not quantified in slushies. Mmmmm.

Astonished to see that in 2025 the Civil Service is toying with 'radical changes' with the introduction of performance management. This was the norm in my time at Bass Brewers (1982-2006).
