We have obligations. The Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances, signed by USA, UK, Russia and Ukraine, December, 5, 1994 committed Ukraine to give up its nukes. In return, the other three recognized the borders of Ukraine and guaranteed to protect its security. Why aren't we talking about it?

A question for constitutional lawyers. If the supreme court orders the secretary of state to release USAID money, and he refuses, then is held in contempt, what happens when FOTUS pardons him? Are the courts powerless at that point?

The Dept of Ed just cancelled a grant to train and certify special education teachers. Apparently, educating kids with disabilities is now unacceptable DEI.

75% of all private property in South Africa is owned by whites – 8% of the population. 4% is owned by Blacks who are nearly 80% of SA’s population. The SA government is trying to rectify this. Trump and Musk threaten sanctions if land transfers happen.
