Spent my Sunday in Rome roaming about the sights, my last long run before the Galway Bay Half Marathon. Here's a timewarp video as I ran past the Colosseum

Thanks to a solid training block I was feeling pretty good throughout the race so took the opportunity to vlog my progress as I went. It's a great event and I'd recommend it to anyone who is over in this part of the world next year! #danangmarathon
