That is odd given the generation on the NB side. Usually high levels of wind or solar in Maine push low pricing in the export direction. I wouldn't expect that to continue for long but good for Maine and New England as long as it does.

Inexcusable. This is an SS tactic - target victims, civil servants who Musk and Trump apparently don't like - with literal targets on them for MAGA loyalists to harass, victimize or worse.
