Back from @ASRA Symposium on systemic risk. Ran a workshop- "Can We Prepare for Catastrophic Systemic Failure? An Interactive Exercise." Hard to imagine another symposium running such a topic (irreversible fast collapse of civilization) coupled with such high-level, policy-relevant participants.

It's been a great to give a workshop/scenario/exercise at the #ASRA Currents of Change Symposium near Paris. Can't imagine another forum that would host such a topic, and bring together such informed + relevant participants: Can We Prepare for Catastrophic Systemic Failure? An interactive exercise.
