Damn, that's one smooth loaf! What was your recipe? I used to make basic artisan bread with just flour, yeast and water as a base, and it was great, but I don't think my recipe could ever turn out like yours.

I've been working on my website, and wow. Lots of things changed since I was in college. The hoops we had to go through... now with stuff like flex and async functions, it's all there out of the box!
That's the kind of new tech I love to see! Before 2017 you had to use Ajax for this...
