We don't have a plastics treaty. More than 100 nations wanted to cap plastic production while a handful of oil-producers were prepared only to target waste.

One of those producers is, of course, the US.

The hoped-for treaty to come out of these talks could be the most significant deal relating to environmental protection as well as climate-warming emissions since the 2015 Paris Agreement.

Keep Passing That Buck: Legacy Automakers' Self-Inflicted EV Crisis
Legacy automakers ignored EVs, made lackluster attempts, and now blame quotas for their struggles.

Since 2016, there have been 3 elections, 6 PMs, and 4 different Brexit deals, none of which the Brexiters like.

Yet the same Brexiters who said voting on those deals would break democracy, want another election, because they don't like the result of the one 4 months ago.

These people are toddlers.

Steve Jobs himself once said that hiring great people is the most important task of a leader. Couldn't agree more. But great people, and great recruiting is seldom cheap. You get what you pay for, but can you be a little frugal on the hiring? My thoughts www.linkedin.com/pulse/cuttin... #hiring
