Very sorry to learn of Ivan Court's passing. Ivan served as the 65th Mayor from 2008 to 2012, he was also a teacher and profound family-man. He was a great believer in the potential of our community - he will be missed.

My thoughts are with Ivan's family.

I was honoured to get Housing’s mandate letter from Premier Susan Holt. Here are the highlights:

🏢 3% Rent Cap
🏗️ Remove the PST on new multi-unit development
🏡 Invest in existing and new public housing
🏘️ Build 30,000 new homes by 2030
