We’ve been here before. Back when I worked at the bipartisan National Governors Association, Governor Sam Brownback, the Mike Pence of Kansas, attempted a large tax cut scheme to turn Kansas into a supply side economics experiment.

Statehouse: Senate Bill 1 this session proposes property tax cuts that will end county government as we know it. Health, Highway, Emergencies, Elections, Parks, Public Safety, Sanitation, and support to NGOs will all suffer.
