Indeed. Despite being a massive Who fan, if Out of the Unknown or Dead of Night missing episodes were found I would be just as, and maybe even more, excited!

It really is brilliant. I love how the resolution builds tension in the humour as the Doctor's laughing undercuts that of the Captain, the Nurse and Fibuli and immediately changes their mood before then driving the narrative forward. Brilliantly plotted 🙂

Really interesting thread, thanks! Would multi-camera also be cheaper? As it allows for standing sets and presumably set lighting/cameras rather than all new elements per shot/scene as with single camera?

I don't think it'll get you cancelled 🙂 I agree with virtually everything you say but it remains one of my absolute favourite stories, despite its very evident flaws 🙂
