3/ Migration policy cannot remain a loophole for impunity, allowing deals with traffickers, criminals, and authoritarian regimes while undermining the rule of law at home.

2/ Italy’s refusal to comply with an International Criminal Court arrest warrant for war crimes and crimes against humanity exposes the government's hypocrisy and constitute a clear violation of international law.
