So much going so terribly wrong, we’re just trying to do a little good each day.

Felt great helping www.foodcommune.org today.

As always, thanks to @beenguyen.bsky.social for finding this community to support. And hats off to the people that work every week to make this happen.

I was playing Catan online a couple years ago, and I was crushing someone. So they started call me the r-word.

I said I preferred to be called intellectually disabled.

He. Lost. His. Shit.

Quickest debate victory ever.

Only the very, very weak use the r-word.
A few years back my friend and former Democratic Georgia State Rep. @daviddreyer.bsky.social got a bill passed that eliminated the r-word from all sections of the Georgia state code.

I think such a bill would be impossible to pass now. Which is fucked up.

Getting caught up on Bluesky—I appreciate @ericteusink.bsky.social for collecting a lot of good folks to follow. I’m copying that list.

Sometimes, it helps me to remind myself of the good.

I’m grateful that I have a warm place to stay, good food, and people that care about me.

I’m also grateful that I’m wrapping up a lawsuit today that made the world a more just place.

And I’m grateful I have the opportunity to do this work.

Thinking about ways to make the world a better place.

I can’t say enough about Frontline Response: www.frontlineresponse.org/warmingcenter

We cooked, delivered, and served dinner for 25 people at their shelter a month ago.

If you need something to feel better, they need your help. Win-win.
