Agree. I’d rather they finally head in right direction rather than keep gaslighting us all. I wish they’d disarm the foreign-owned populist press who make this all so difficult.

4. Failing to clear out the Tories’ highly political appointments to the BBC. They should be replaced immediately with independent people. Until that happens, it will remain a public relations outfit for the hard right and far right.

Can we please stop the relentless coverage/promotion of Reform , Farage , Tice etc. Stop the airtime and column inches , both news, editorial and opinion. They have nothing, have minimal Parliamentary presence, are a protest group devoid of policy.

I appreciate these updates and don’t subscribe to right wing viewpoints. I am frustrated we don’t see progress fixing big issues like media bias or recovering the billions stolen by Tories.

You have lots of good points and this is 💯 better than corrupt Tories. I also think Coogan has a point - to reverse 14 years in the wrong direction needs much more radical action and a focus on post-industrial communities not just the squeezed middle. I hope Starmer raised their game to this ASAP.
