I am so tired of people equating "edge" with "good" writing, and people implying I can't be a serious writer because of the things I love. Bradbury himself inoculated himself early against such foolishness. Love what you love. Write what you love. Tell everyone else to fuck the fuck off.

Good news for my dad.
Imagine going into a bookstore and purchasing a book and being told that it can only be read in an authorized cafe. And when the cafe owners fail to maintain it and the the paint is peeling and the lights are flickering--too bad. When they finally go out of business, the book is unreadable.
