I wrote a reply about #Hotelia and BlueSky reset. *sigh*
It was a multi-artist residency. For me, improv music with and without poets, also composed new material, and wrote clown-themed poetry. Also renewed my bond with Sarah, who was there as a photographer.

Back to work on ARTLAB2. Three big pieces remain to be done, and I'm working on the first section of "Mutate (H)" right now.

There's more in the works, and even plans to have me read poetry. As far as I can tell, all three shows have been hits with the audience. I'm also overcoming the technical hurdles.

Rolled in for my wound clinic appointment today, to be told, oh, yes, we're putting a cast on you today because we need to check for issues and reactions overnight. Then we redo it tomorrow, and you go a week at a time! And now I'm lurching around everywhere thanks to this damn Frankenboot. Rarrrgh!

Rolled in for my wound clinic appointment today, to be told, oh, yes, we're putting a cast on you today because we need to check for issues and reactions overnight. Then we redo it tomorrow, and you go a week at a time! And now I'm lurching around everywhere thanks to this damn Frankenboot. Rarrrgh!

From Nov. 8th at Object Hotel Bisbee, AZ. Some Sasquatch improvising live music to a reading by poet/artist Ken Boe. Cellist/poet/artist Dylan Morgan joined in as well, and it was fabulous.

From rehearsals with artist/poet Ken Boe. Left puc by My end, right by me. The twin iPad set-up was used on the first gig, then the full keyboard/computer rig + iPad on the second, when poet/cellist/artist Dylan Morgan joined us.

Rehearsal tonight went very well indeed, despite equipment chaos -- mixer was silent, Zoom unit has a long learning curve, newly set up computer didn't work right, so I'll be doing music on two iPads. Astonishingly, the sound is amazing. May Bisbee be entertained!
